Cook Memorial Park is located in downtown Todd and is home to the Todd Summer Concert Series and the end stop for the July 4 Todd Liberty Parade. Todd Island Park is located about 3 miles from downtown Todd and serves the community and visitors as a recreation park for fishing, kayaking, walking and sunbathing. The TCPO owns and maintains both parks for public use. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/toddnc.org\/about-tcpo-2\/current-projects\/\">here<\/a> to learn more about the damage to the parks and plans to rebuild.<\/p>\n<p>All donations of any size beginning Oct 1, 2024, will go into the TCPO Hurricane Helene Recovery Fund.
